Craftsman and Wolves is a contemporary pâtisserie and bakery cafe with two locations in San Francisco, and a stand at the venerable Ferry Building Farmers Market every Saturday. 

CAW offers an ever changing menu of breakfast pastries, cakes, pies, breads, croissants, confections, confitures, desserts, and lunch seven days a week. This rotating offering has garnered accolades in Bon Appétit, GQ, Martha Stewart, Food & Wine, and Food Network’s “Best Thing I Ever Ate,” featuring our now-famous “Rebel Within” muffin.

The name is a nod to Chef William Werner and the craftsmen who run the pâtisserie and the numerous challenges that one faces when pursuing their craft.
